Great stuff. Been using it for a few months now. I noticed that there is way less odour when I walk into the gym now. Very refreshing not to walk into a gym and not smell stinky sweat and smelly socks.
Thank you
Thank you, Marc! We're glad you’re happy with the Fuji Pro Speedball.
I'm happy with tye product itself
Hi JB, we're glad you're happy with the VLP Vinyl Repair Glue! Thanks for your support.
While I’m happy with the product itself, I’m very disappointed with the overall experience.
Having paid in full and then waiting months to receive the item, I would have expected either clearer communication throughout the process or some form of goodwill gesture, such as a discount on a future purchase or another item.
I appreciate that some of the delays may have been outside your control. However, the communication was poor and lacked transparency. The updates simply stated that production was taking longer to “make the product better,” yet the item I’ve received appears to be the same product that was originally advertised.
After such a lengthy delay, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better communication and a greater effort to look after customers who have already paid and waited so patiently.
