While I’m happy with the product itself, I’m very disappointed with the overall experience.
Having paid in full and then waiting months to receive the item, I would have expected either clearer communication throughout the process or some form of goodwill gesture, such as a discount on a future purchase or another item.
I appreciate that some of the delays may have been outside your control. However, the communication was poor and lacked transparency. The updates simply stated that production was taking longer to “make the product better,” yet the item I’ve received appears to be the same product that was originally advertised.
After such a lengthy delay, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect better communication and a greater effort to look after customers who have already paid and waited so patiently.
Extremely happy with the quality of these mats. Easy to roll up and store away.

Excellent mat, I've had this for about 2years now and it's kept its shape very well. Great for solo drills or using with a dummy, even doing technique for two small/medium females is fine but not big enough to spar unless you have two mats. I wouldn't do takedowns on it though but I live in an apartment.
